What is Gojo Shops Return policy?
A return of a purchased product can be requested by the customer before completing the payment upon delivery at Gojo Shops branch office or at another delivery location designated by the customer. However, such return requests must adhere to our return policy. Our return policy applies under the following conditions:
Discrepancies in size, color, brand, or name warrant a return.
Damage occurring during transportation qualifies for a return.
Defects on the product render it eligible for return.
Items being returned must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and original packaging.
Returns are accepted upon presentation of proof of purchase or order receipt.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, intimate apparel, and any item for which Gojo Shop personnel are not convinced of the given reason.
A return is initiated when a customer receives the product at our branch office or delivery location and states one of the aforementioned reasons for return.
