What is Gojo Shops refund Policy

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for product purchases once the transaction, including payment, has been completed. This policy is in place because all purchases on our platform are finalized only after the customer has had the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the product prior to the completion of delivery.

However, if upon inspection, the customer decides not to accept the product, they may choose to decline the purchase in accordance with our return policy. In such cases, the customer is not required to deposit the payment.
